A 4-hour interval between Paracetamol and Aspirin is usually recommended. However, if the pain is severe or there is a high fever, this interval can be shortened.
It is important that you do not exceed the maximum daily doses of these medicines:
- for paracetamol, up to a maximum of 6 500 mg tablets per day,
- for acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) up to 8 tablets of 500 mg per day.
