There are some interactions between the drugs mentioned in the question. They can only be used if they have been prescribed by the same doctor or if the doctors prescribing these preparations have been informed about what other drugs the patient is already taking. The combination of Sirdalud and Hydroxyzinum increases the risk of side effects in the form of arrhythmias, which can potentially be serious. This applies especially to people who are sensitive to the occurrence of such disorders - that is, suffering from heart disease or the so-called "long QT syndrome", having problems with nerve conduction, or exposed to electrolyte disorders (e.g. after acute diarrhea and vomiting). If you use Hydroxyzinum only temporarily, you can feel safe. However, it is worth being aware of what the effects of simultaneous use of these drugs may be, so that if they are observed, the patient can relate the symptoms with the fact of combining specific substances.
