Does taking an Escapelle tablet 9 hours after intercourse exclude pregnancy?

Since intercourse has passed 12 hours I am on the 9th day of the cycle escapelle tablet I took 9 hours after intercourse . Does this exclude pregnancy?

The Escapelle tablet is an effective method of preventing pregnancy in emergency situations, but it is not a 100% effective method, therefore, in just 12 hours after intercourse, its effect cannot be evaluated.
