Is it possible to take paracetamol and Pyralgina when taking Lokren and Hydroxyzinum?

Hello, when taking Lokren tablets 20, 1 tablet a day, hydroscine 10mg per night, can you take pyralgine or paracetamol with fever? So that there is no reaction? If so, in what step. And what with hypertension and tardychardi you can take so that it was also anti-inflammatory as in my case I now have sinusitis Thank you for the answer.

If you are taking Lokren (I omit hydroxyzine because it does not interact), paracetamol is an acceptable analgesic and antipyretic medicine. It can be taken at any interval. When using drugs for hypertension, it is not advisable to take Pyralgina or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, as they weaken or change the effect of antihypertensive drugs. When it comes to the treatment of sinusitis in people with hypertension, it is best to use anti-inflammatory preparations with a local effect in the form of nasal sprays, sinus rinsing or herbal drugs that dilute the residual secretion. I am attaching a study that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/skuteczne-sposoby-na-zapalenie-zatok
