Is it normal for me to get bleeding if my puck fell out for 2 days?
Good morning, I have been using nuvaring for 9 months, however, after such a time, the first time fell out unnoticed for two days in the second week . After inserting it, I got bleeding. Is this normal after a break in wearing it?

It is perfectly normal that bleeding occurred if you did not wear a disc for 2 days - just like during a 7-day break, the level of hormones in the body decreased due to the lack of a disc and bleeding occurred. Of course, the contraceptive effectiveness of the disc may have decreased, so you should leave it in the vagina without interruption, at least for 7 days, and if you are to have intercourse during these 7 days, you should additionally use a condom for men.
