Is dark brown menstrual blood a cause for concern?
Please advise. I had sex with my partner 20.12, but there was no ejaculation in the vagina I take vibin mini tablets regularly at the same time, I got menstruation with the second placebo tablet, but it is dark brown or do I have cause for concern or can it happen?

The color of menstrual blood depends, among other things, on the intensity of bleeding and the rate of blood outflow from the vagina. With less abundant menstruation, the blood may not be vivid red. Its longer "retention" in the genital tract causes the secretion to become darker. This can often be observed, among other things, at night. Anxiety should, however, bleed black, especially if it occurs often and regardless of the time of day. However, the color of menstrual blood is not used to recognize pregnancy, if this was the intention of your question. For this purpose, you can use, for example, a pregnancy test.
