Good morning, will yogurt containing lemon fiber affect Vibin birth control pills? Ingredients: pasteurized milk, vanilla feed 20% (sugar, water, citrus fiber, concentrated lemon juice, vanilla extract, ground vanilla stick), live cultures of yogurt bacteria: Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus. I know that fiber affects the effectiveness of tablets. Do large amounts of protein also have an effect?

Fiber consumed in reasonable amounts does not affect the effectiveness of hormonal contraception. The amount of fiber that is present in yogurt or porridge will not disturb the protection against pregnancy.
And can I eat porridge that has a lot of fiber? Apparently, it speeds up metabolism and should not be eaten with contraceptive pills.
