Can I have sex without additional protection if both birth control pills are not absorbed?
If I took the first tablet from the new package and after an hour I took the second one from the additional one because I was not sure about the absorption of 1, I can have intercourse without protection even if 1 would be absorbed and the second one?

You have not written what specific drug is meant. If the first and second tablets were not absorbed, you cannot have sex without additional protection, regardless of what tablets you are taking.
