Good morning. I swallowed a contraceptive pill at 7 a.m., drank water, and ate a slice of bread. After about 10 minutes I drank water but a bit as if this water went wrong, I had such a strange feeling but there was no cough reflex. Could the tablet have ended up in the respiratory tract?

No, there is no need to do so.
So there is no need to take an additional tablet?

There is hardly any chance of that. The tablet was swallowed already during the first drinking of water and then went to the digestive system. If there is no choking/coughing while swallowing the tablet - there is no reason to worry.
