After using the new Ginoring disc with a delay of 8 hours, do I have to use an additional contraceptive method? Has contraceptive protection been maintained during the break? When should I remove the disc?
Normally I put on a new ginoring system on Monday at 20:30, unfortunately I forgot and put it on on Tuesday at 8:40. In this case, should additional contraception be used for 7 days? Did contraception survive during the 7-day break? And should I take the system out normally on Monday as always or now on Tuesday morning? Thank you for your reply.

If the Ginoring system is set up with a delay of more than 8 hours, one should take into account the possibility of reducing the contraceptive effectiveness of the preparation. It is recommended to use an additional contraceptive method for the next 7 days of using the disc. However, if you prefer to use the preparation on Tuesdays, then please remove the instrument.
