I have been taking vines contraceptive pills for 5 years, after the last break on the second tablet from the blister I took about 30 stomach drops on sugar at one time and drank water. In the composition of the drops was extract from St. John's wort. On the fifth and sixth tablets, intercourse took place without additional protection. Yesterday my ovary also hurt, but I have fibroids, so I could have confused the pain. Is there a risk of pregnancy by this unfortunate St. John's wort?

Two-component contraceptive pills block ovulation, it is not possible to calculate it on the same principle as you did before using hormones. All the more so St. John's wort is not able to "induce ovulation". As I wrote - such a small amount of St. John's wort that is present in gastric drops will not interfere with the operation of contraception, as long as you use it regularly and correctly. Please take a pregnancy test (as I also advised in the first post) after 10-14 days - you will be clear.
What stresses me the most is the fact that very soon after the tablet I took these drops.
After 9 days I feel pains in the lower abdomen and in the back at the bottom, could it be pregnancy? It is terribly stressed that ovulation has occurred because of this St. John's wort.

The risk of pregnancy is small, to my eye you have no reason to worry. If you use the tablets regularly, you do not skip any of the doses - protection is preserved. Please take a pregnancy test about 10-14 days after intercourse to clarify the situation.
