Do gastritis and intestinal ailments affect the effectiveness of the Vibin mini contraceptive pill?

Hello, I use the drug Vibin Mini. On Friday, it turned out that I had gastritis. On Saturday, I took the contraceptive pill normally at 2:00 p.m. Because of the gastritis I felt constantly full, it bounced back, but there was no diarrhea or loose stool after taking the pill. After 9:00 p.m., I felt gurgling in my intestines and as if overflowing. And about 24 there was vomiting. The last food I ate at 17:00 and in the vomit you could see more or less what I ate. Could the tablet not have been absorbed? Apparently, within 3-4 hours there was no diarrhea of vomiting, but could the tablet not digest due to gastritis and intestinal ailments?
