Takie połączenie może być stosowane wyłącznie po konsultacji z lekarzem i powinno być stosowane zgodnie ze schematem ustalonym przez specjalistę.

Należy mieć na uwadze, iż Zoloft może nasilać działanie leku Pramolan oraz zwiększać ryzyko wystąpienia działań niepożądanych tego leku - w tym niebezpiecznego dla zdrowia i życia zespołu serotoninowego, objawiającego się, m.in. jako wysoka gorączka, podwyższone ciśnienie, przyspieszone bicie serca, nudności, biegunka, dreszcze.
