Can I use Parogen with herbal drops for heart pain?

Can I use Parogen with herbal drops for heart pain they are quite weak but alcohol-based and can I take any anti-pain medication during menstruation? And a faster heartbeat while taking Parogen is not a bad thing? Because they also smoke cigarettes and maybe it's because of cigarettes. I am waiting for advice from some specialist

Bardzo proszę o podanie konkretnej nazwy handlowej kropli na ból serca, wówczas będziemy mogli pomóc w tej kwestii.

Może Pani stosować leki przeciwbólowe podczas miesiączki. Najlepiej sięgać po paracetamol, ale doraźnie można zażyć też jakiś niesteroidowy lek przeciwzapalny, np. ibuprofen.

Tachykardia (przyspieszone bicie serca) to działanie niepożądane leku Parogen, o którym powinna Pani poinformować lekarza prowadzącego:
