Podczas stosowania leków Xarelto i Prestarium nie należy przyjmować leków przeciwbólowych zawierających ibuprofen (np. Ibuprom).
Lek ten może nasilać działanie przeciwzakrzepowe Xarelto, co zwiększa ryzyko krwawień.
Dodatkowo ibuprofen może osłabiać przeciwnadciśnieniowe leku Prestarium.
Bezpieczniej byłoby zastosować lek przeciwbólowy na bazie paracetamolu.
