Can I be pregnant if I noticed the lack of a period 2 months ago?

For 2 months I have not had a period pregnancy tests come out positive and negative (2 on plus and 2 on minus) and the abdomen has also grown a lot, I also have uplawy and abdominal pain. Hence the question whether pregnancy is possible since the last intercourse took place 4 months ago, but the lack of a period as I wrote above I noticed only 2 months ago?
