Good morning, today I lost a pack of Atywia Daily contraceptive pills with a blister of pills from hand to table. It wasn't a big height because I was sitting at the table. I took a pill normally. Could something have happened? Is contraception preserved?

To @Anonim: As in the answer below, I see no justification why a contraceptive pill that has fallen (e.g. on a table) could lose its effectiveness. There is no need to take additional tablets.
Today, taking the pill, I was sitting at the table, I had a lot of stress and my hands were shaking. I had a contraceptive pill dropped on the table three times. Could something have happened? Will the effectiveness of contraception be preserved? Should I take an extra tablet?

Nie przeprowadzono badań, które oceniają, czy skuteczność tabletki antykoncepcyjnej spada, kiedy upada ona na ziemię. W takiej sytuacji należy zachować po prostu rozsądek - co miałoby sprawić, że tabletka zmniejszy swoją skuteczność po upadku? Nie znajduję dla tego uzasadnienia.
Tabletkę, która upadła, powinno się wyrzucić - nie ze względu na jakąkolwiek zmianę skuteczności, ale ze względu na to, że połykając leki z podłogi można przetransportować do przewodu pokarmowego drobnoustroje wywołujące inne, groźne choroby.
