Leków tych nie powinno się stosować jednocześnie.
Paroxinor hamuje metabolizm tamoksyfenu do aktywnego endoksyfenu. Należy skonsultować się z lekarzem, który może zdecydować o zmianie sposobu leczenia (np. zamianie paroksetyny na wenlafaksynę).
