When should I apply the disc if my period starts with discharge?
Good morning, I would like to start using the Nuvaring disc after a two-month break. I don't have regular periods and they often start with uplaws (first day, two). When should I apply the disc in this case? I will add that the cycles for these two months were shortened (the current cycle lasted 24 days), and the crops I have are light pink (lumpy and sticky), with a bit of dark thrombi. Please reply.
