Could ibuprofen or metamizole have caused midcyclic bleeding while taking Microgynon tablets?

I have been taking microgynon tablets for 3 years, a week ago I had my eighth tooth pulled out, I took tablets such as ibuprofen and metamizole (novalgin). Yesterday I started a months in the middle of a leaf of pills or can it be through anti-pain pills? Should I take birth control pills or stop?

Leki takie jak ibuprofen czy metamizol nie osłabiają skuteczności antykoncepcyjnej tabletek Microgynon. Ochrona została zachowana i nie ma konieczności przerwania kuracji antykoncepcyjnej.
Jeśli krwawienia śródcykliczne będą pojawiały się również w kolejnych cyklach, należy poradzić się swojego ginekologa.
