Are abdominal pain, strange mucus and cold symptoms normal after an Escapelle tablet?

Hi, I have a question about the action of the Escapelle tablet. On the 9-10th day of the cycle (3 days after menstruation) I had sex with a guy. Unfortunately, emotions took over and we did not protect ourselves. About 16 hours after intercourse, I took an Escapelle tablet. However, I am one of those people who unfortunately panic and I am afraid that it may not have worked. On the forums there are many answers that the tablet is not effective. Apparently, the partner did not get inside me, but the sex lasted quite a long time, now after the tablet I have terrible pain in the lower abdomen, there were symptoms of oversealing (fever, sore throat), strange yellow-brown mucus. I know it was irresponsible, but I'm not ready for a baby right now. (change of job, new apartment) Are the symptoms after taking the tablet normal? I know that waiting two weeks I will find out everything, but I will get out of my nerves for a heart attack faster. Best regards.
