Bleeding with Slinda, is this normal?

Good morning, I am in the process of taking Slinda contraceptive pills, every 24th day I had a strong brown blood-scented mucus, I did not have any periodic pains, the mucus was thick and had a lot of thrombi. I have been on the tablets for 3 months and today in the middle (17 tablet) there were cramps and light bleeding. I've had irregular periods all over, is this normal? Should I go to the gynecologist that there are any anomalies. Thank you for your help.
