How to correctly change the use of contraceptive pills from Vibin to Syndi-35?
Hello, recently my gynecologist prescribed me Syndi-35 as a replacement for Vibin, which I took for 8 months but it worked badly on me. I was told by my doctor to start using the new drug right after the withdrawal bleeding that ended Vibin, so that I should first take the placebo pills so that the bleeding would occur, and then after the onset I would take the first Tablet of Syndi. So I did, but on the leaflet I read that you should not start using Syndi later than one day after the break in the use of previous active tablets. My bleeding occurred as usual after taking three Tablets of Vibin placebo, so on the day of the bleeding I took the first Tablet of Syndi. My question is, is this the right way to change the pills and maybe I just misunderstood the text in the leaflet? Do the pills at this point protect against pregnancy and is this not a problem at all?

Aby prawidłowo zmienić stosowanie leku Vibin na lek Syndi-35 należy rozpocząć stosowanie leku Syndi-35 w 1. dniu po zakończeniu stosowania tabletek aktywnych leku Vibin jednakże nie później niż w 1. dniu po zakończeniu stosowania tabletek placebo leku Vibin. Oznacza to, że mogła Pani przyjąć tabletki placebo leku Vibin, ale nie było takiej konieczności.
Rozpoczęła Pani stosowanie leku Syndi-35 w 4. dniu stosowania tabletek placebo leku Vibin. Jest to postępowanie prawidłowe, zawierające się w określonym przez producenta czasie. Skuteczność antykoncepcyjna została zachowana.
