Does a cold affect the abundance of bleeding when taking Vibin birth control pills?

Hello, I have a question I took for 1.5 years Vibin mini tablets at the moment for a month I take Vibin, because these are tablets changed by the doctor. He uses each tablet every day at the same time. My question is because with previous withdrawal bleeding occurred every month on the same day, after 3 tablets of placebo. Now when I take Vibin, unfortunately I do not have any bleeding, for the first 3 days of placebo tablets I had a slight spotting and that was the end of it. Could it be that bleeding does not occur at all? Is it normal with new, higher hormones. I will add that I have a cold and does it also have any effect?
