Should I take extra protection if I have taken 23 active tablets of Slinda?

I have been taking slinda tablets for half a year. It happened to me that the tablet from the end of the second week fell out to a place from which I could not take it out. So I took a pill from the next day. This was my last pack, so I couldn't take the pill from another. I wonder if I should protect myself in this regard. Comes out of the placebo tablet I will take after 23 active and not 24
