Does the spilling of water on the blister of contraceptive pills reduce their effectiveness?

Could a damp blister harm the contraceptive pills? Good morning. A bottle of water spilled out in my purse. I had a blister with birth control pills in a separate pocket of my purse (I was on a trip), but it was still slightly damp. I wiped it and the tablets don't look damaged or dissolved. The blister was not damaged either. Could moisture still have harmed the pills and they will no longer be effective? Thank you in advance for your reply.
