Is there a possibility that I took my first Vines tablet too early?

I started using Vines contraception. On the first day when spotting appeared on the day that was predicted to be the start of menstruation, I took the first tablet. Spotting, however, was very scarce, the typical periodic spotting began the next day. From the first day I take the tablets every day at exactly the same time. However, is it possible that I took a pill one day too early? And could this affect the effectiveness of contraception? Please reply
