Should slight staining and lower abdominal pain when using Vines tablets bother me?

Good evening , I use Vines since February (additionally a condom) Today at 20 tablet from the package whstapilo delatne staining and pain of the lower abdomen. Is this a cause for concern, what can it mean?

Delikatne plamienie i ból podbrzusza to częste działanie niepożądane tabletek Vines. Jeśli występuje sporadycznie, a tabletki stosowane są prawidłowo i nie przyjmuje Pani innych leków mogących wpływać na skuteczność antykoncepcji - nie ma powodów do obaw.
