Hello My story looks like this. At 9.06pm I miscarried a 5 week pregnancy. The doctor concluded that if menstruation does not appear within 3-4 weeks it should be provoked. He prescribed lutein 100mg tablets. I was supposed to start using 21.07. Unfortunately 20.07 at the time of the close-up with her husband broke condom and... you know how it ended. 21.07 after telephone consultation with the doctor and my paniccical fear of possible re-pregnancy after a miscarriage, the doctor ordered not to take Lutein and wrote a prescription for Escapelle. I took it 21 hours after the unlucky condom. 24.07 there was a heavy bleeding lasting 6 days. Today, unfortunately, I am concerned. From 4 days I have pains in the lower abdomen and nausea (this is not a virus). In the morning I did a pregnancy test, which came out negative. I don't hide that I'm very confused. I ask for a professional answer. Unfortunately, my doctor is on a month's leave. Best regards

Z farmaceutycznego punktu widzenia mogę przekazać informację, że preparat Escapelle jest skuteczny w zapobieganiu ciąży, chociaż skuteczność ta nie wynosi 100%. Test ciążowy wykonany po 2,5 tygodnia od zbliżenia w czasie którego mogło potencjalnie dojść do zapłodnienia powinien dać już wynik wiarygodny. Jeśli jest Pani bardzo zaniepokojona i obawia się, że jednak mogło dojść do ciąży, to - chociaż wynik testu z moczu na to nie wskazuje - może Pani wykonać badanie laboratoryjne na poziom gonadotropiny kosmówkowej.
Niestety nie jestem w stanie zdiagnozować, co jest przyczyną bólu podbrzusza i mdłości - takie kompetencje będzie miał lekarz (być może inny, skoro Pani stały ginekolog jest na długim urlopie). Nie można wykluczyć działania niepożądanego tabletki, ale też i ewentualnych zmian hormonalnych po przebytym, niedawnym poronieniu.
Opisane krwawienie mogło być albo krwawieniem śródcyklicznym, które zdarza się czasami po tabletce awaryjnej albo po prostu miesiączką.
