Does Myconafine impair the effectiveness of hormonal contraception?

Good morning, I take Vines birth control pills every day and I got a recommendation from a postologist to take Myconafine 250g tablets every day for 6 months. Do these pills affect the effectiveness of contraception anyway, and do you need additional protection?

Terbinafina - substancja czynna leku Myconafine - nie wpływa na skuteczność antykoncepcji hormonalnej i nie jest wymagane stosowanie dodatkowego zabezpieczenia, natomiast jeśli pacjentka przyjmuje doustne środki antykoncepcyjne podczas przyjmowania leku Myconafine, mogą wystąpić krwawienia międzymiesiączkowe i nieregularne krwawienia miesiączkowe. Częstość występowania tych zaburzeń pozostaje w granicach częstości ich występowania u pacjentek przyjmujących jedynie doustne środki antykoncepcyjne.
