Tabletki antykoncepcyjne, np. Vines należy stosować zawsze o tej samej porze dnia - nie ma natomiast konieczności przestrzegania konkretnej godziny. W Pani wypadku wystarczy, iż lek będzie przyjmowany zawsze wieczorem, czyli między 20-24.
Tak stosowane tabletki zapewnią odpowiednią ochroną antykoncepcyjną.
