Podczas prawidłowego i systematycznego stosowania leku Microgynon 21 ochrona przed ciążą jest zachowana cały czas, a także nie ma dni płodnych i niepłodnych, w związku z czym nie ma konieczności "szczególnego uważania" w jakieś konkretne dni.
