Should I protect myself during the tablets in the new packaging if I have missed the entire third row of Vibin mini tablets from the previous blister due to spotting and bleeding?
Hi, I have a question. I have been taking vibin mini birth control pills for several months now. In the previous month I could not afford menstruation so I missed placebo tablets. While taking the second pack in the second week, there was a staining of brown, as well as a red color reminiscent of the period, so I missed all the tablets from the third week and started taking placebo tablets (bleeding is still there). My question is, do I need to protect myself further as I start taking the next pack after completing the placebo tablets? If so, for what time?

W opisanej przez Panią sytuacji nie było konieczne zaprzestanie stosowania tabletek aktywnych. Pomijając 7 dniową przerwę pacjentka powinna liczyć się z tym, że w kolejnym cyklu wystąpi plamienie lub krwawienie śródcykliczne, wówczas należy konktynuować przyjmowanie aktywnych tabletek niezależnie od występującego plamienia/krwawienia.
Jeśli mimo wszystko zdecydowała się Pani na przerwanie stosowania tabletek z poprzedniego blistra i wykonała Pani już 7-dniową przerwę, nie ma konieczności stosowania dodatkowego zabezpieczenie podczas stosowania tabletek z nowego blistra (po przerwie).
