Jaki krążek Pani stosuje? W przypadku dalszych wątpliwości zachęcam do podania nazwy preparatu.

Ogólne zalecenia są takie:
1) Jeśli system pozostawał w pochwie dłużej niż 3 tygodnie, ale nie dłużej niż 4 tygodnie, pacjentka nadal jest zabezpieczona przed zajściem w ciążę. Należy usunąć system terapeutyczny dopochwowy na okres jednego tygodnia, a następnie założyć nowy.

2) Jeśli pacjentka stosowała system terapeutyczny dopochwowy dłużej niż przez 4 tygodnie, istnieje prawdopodobieństwo ciąży. Przed założeniem nowego systemu terapeutycznego dopochwowego należy skontaktować się z lekarzem.

Raczej nie ma potrzeby stosowania dodatkowej antykoncepcji w pierwszym przypadku.
