Good morning I have two questions 1. If I go to the United States for a week then could there be a problem for hormonal contraception? Is it less effective? My gynecologist once told me to make an appointment before departure, but I do not hide that I do not want to go with just one question UNLESS it is a serious matter 2. Is bleeding at about 11 packs 4 days before normal bleeding a bad sign? Should I go to visit or observe the body and how will it happen again only then? Please advice, I will be grateful

1. Nie odnajduję powodów, dla których antykoncepcja hormonalna stosowana w Polsce miałaby być mniej skuteczna w Stanach Zjednoczonych.
Podejrzewam, że nie ten fakt lekarz miał na myśli, a raczej to, iż jeśli pacjentka przyjmuje antykoncepcję hormonalną, to jest to jeden z czynników ryzyka wystąpienia zakrzepicy w samolocie, dlatego przed wylotem powinno się udać na wizytę do ginekologa.
