Could storing NuvaRing in the refrigerator make the puck harden?
Why nuevaring hardened? I bought the discs prescribed for three months, kept them in glaciers according to the recommendations of the gynecologist. At the first application, the ring was soft and rubbery. After a month of use, I wanted to apply the second puck, unfortunately I had trouble inserting because it was much harder and during intercourse cut off the partner. I checked 3 puck and unfortunately it is also hard, is it the fault of storage in the glaciers?

Zgodnie z Charakterystyką Produktu Leczniczego Nuvaring:
"Przed wydaniem produktu leczniczego pacjentce: Przechowywać w lodówce (w temperaturze od 2°C do 8°C) (maksymalnie przez 3 lata).
Po wydaniu produktu leczniczego pacjentce: Przechowywać w temperaturze poniżej 30°C (maksymalnie przez 4 miesiące)."
Oznacza to, że możliwym jest, iż złe przechowywanie krążka mogło doprowadzić do jego stwardnienia.
