Przy wszywce Esperal można stosować leki przeciwbólowe z grupy niesteroidowych leków przeciwzapalnych (NLPZ) takie jak np. Ibuprom, Ketonal, Aleve. Można stosować również preparaty z paracetamolem (jak np. Apap, Panadol) lub metamizolem (np. Pyralgina).

Nie zaleca się stosowania leków opioidowych (np. morfiny) ze wszywką Esperal.
