Can a meal containing flaxseed reduce the effect of vines birth control pills? (It was bread with linen seed, to be honest I didn't even know it was there. Do I have to be afraid? And I still wanted to ask if nurofen can negatively affect birth control pills? Thank you in advance for your reply and greetings

Nie, tak niewielka ilość siemienia lnianego nie wpłynie negatywnie na skuteczność antykoncepcji. Nie ma Pani powodów do obaw. Podobnie jest z Nurofenem - spożywany w dawkach zalecanych w ulotce i w odstępie czasowym od tabletek Vines (minimum 2-3h) nie zmniejszy ochrony przed ciążą.
