Can I continue using Slinda if I have a lump in my breast?
Hello. I'm 21 years old. In 2020, in May, I detected a lump in my breast. I had an ultrasound done. From this study came out in the left nipple on g. 7 conglomerate of changes with fa characteristics of the above. 16x 8mm. Then I made biopsies from which it came out: groups and lobes of glandular cells without athipia, and diffuse myoepitellial cells in the background of the smear. In addition, shreds of fibrous chew- mild change. Another ultrasound I did in October 2020 in this study came out 20x 9 and in May 2021 the size of the nodule is 19x8. Since December 2018 I have been using Naraya Plus contraception. 3 months ago, after visiting a gynecologist, I changed the tablets to Slinda. On a recent visit to the gynecologist, the doctor (other than before) said that due to the lump, she will not prescribe me further tablets. Flocks my question. Can I continue to use Slinda?

Przeciwwskazaniem do stosowania tabletek Slinda jest sytuacja, w której u pacjentki występuje rak lub istnieje podejrzenie raka, którego wzrost zależny jest od hormonów płciowych, jak niektóre rodzaje raka piersi. Do oceny wyniku biopsji i wyniku USG pod tym kątem i podjęcia decyzji co do stosowania leku upoważniony jest lekarz, ponieważ ponosi on odpowiedzialność za zlecony produkt i ewentualne konsekwencje zdrowotne u pacjentki.
