May withdrawal bleeding not occur by shortening the days of placebo?

Hi, i am taking daylette and this is my 2nd pack, today is day 3 plaxebo and bleeding is still gone, I had neither vomiting nor diarrhea and the tablets taken every day at 4 pm and once the delay of 3 h was, previously I had evra patches while now daylette 24 plus 4, is it possible that the bleeding in August moved due to the shortening of the number of days placebo? And if bleeding may not occur at all in the first 3 months on tablets or patches, such a situation should not have space, no additional medications are not taken, please answer.
