Positivum nie powinien działać otępiająco, jednak mimo wszystko, w ulotce preparatu widnieje zapis, aby po jego zażyciu nie prowadzić samochodu ani innych pojazdów mechanicznych. Nie ma natomiast informacji po jakim czasie od zażycia można usiąść za kierownicą. Dla bezpieczeństwa sugerowałabym przynajmniej kilkugodzinny odstęp czasowy, około 3-4h.
