Leku Pramolan nie należy stosować łącznie z preparatami zawierającymi tryptofan (np. Depresanum), gdyż zwiększa to ryzyko wystąpienia działań niepożądanych oraz nasilenia siły działania leku Pramolan.
Z lekiem Pramolan może stosować dostępne bez recepty niesteroidowe leki przeciwzapalne (np. ibuprofen) oraz paracetamol.
