Apra nie powinna być stosowana łącznie z Trittico, chyba, że lekarz prowadzący zalecił inaczej. Łączne stosowanie leków zwiększa ryzyko wystąpienia działań niepożądanych takich jak np. senność, trudności z koncentracją.
Ewentualne łączne stosowanie preparatów powinno odbywać się pod ścisłą kontrolą lekarską. Leki powinny być stosowane w określonych przez lekarza dawkach i w określonych odstępach czasu.
