Should I be afraid of pregnancy if there is no withdrawal bleeding?

Good morning uses contraceptive pills Axia Conti, I finished 3 days ago to take 3 pack and withdrawal bleeding did not occur, I will add that I did a pregnancy test twice (April 26) and today-negative. He cohaves rather regularly but without a condom, I did not miss any talbetki, vomit or diarrhea. I took drugs for cystitis but I read that they do not affect the effectiveness of tablets. Do I have concerns for anxiety? Can I be pregnant? What is the reassuism in then pregnancy?
