Are stomach pains caused by erosions, or is it possible that contraception has weakened?

Hi, for more than a year i have been using birth control pills due to severe pain during menstruation, recently a doctor found me erod. For the last few cycles during bleeding I feel abdominal pain, gentle, I will add that the tablets I take regularly do not have vomiting, diarrhea. Stad my question is whether the pains are caused by erosions or is it possible that contraception has weakened?
