Przy stosowaniu leku Egzysta nie ma przeciwwskazań do łącznego stosowania preparatu Pyralgina, Apap, Metocard ZK oraz z witaminami Gold-Vit. Natomiast łączne stosowanie z naparem z melisy może nasilać występowanie ewentualnych działań niepożądanych ze strony układu nerwowego (takich jak np. senność, zawroty głowy czy trudności z koncentracją):
