Jeśli był to jednorazowy luźny stolec, nie ma konieczności zażywania dodatkowej tabletki, ochrona będzie zachowana.
W wypadku biegunki, o której mówimy gdy nastąpiły 3-4 wodniste wypróżnienia z towarzyszącym bólem brzucha, rzeczywiście skuteczność leku mogła zostać zmniejszona i należy przyjąć dodatkową tabletkę z zapasowego blistra.
