Is nipple tenderness when using Vibin Mini a worrying symptom?

Hello! I'm on a 10 tablet with 3 blisters of Vibin mini tablets. For two days I have nipple tenderness. Is this a disturbing symptom? Is it possible to exclude pregnancies if bleeding in the previous blister occurred as it should?
