How to use birth control pills after a change of time?
Good evening I have a query about changing the time to summer and what I should do. Normally vibin mini tablets I took at 9:30 today I took the last active tablet as the alarm clock rang and then it turned out that according to the old time is 8:30 then if I do not change the time is according to the old time I will take it at 8:30 or should I somehow protect myself additionally from the new blister? And.should I slowly change the time until I get to 9:30 of the old time? How to do this so as not to disturb the action of vibin mini tablets

You also do not have to protect yourself additionally. However, it is worth continuing to use the tablets at about the same time, but regardless of whether it will be 8:30 or 09:30 of the new time.

To @Gabriela: Yes, you can continue taking the pills at the same time without worrying about the effectiveness of the contraceptive protection.

And if today the time was changed from winter to summer and I always take vines at 7 o'clock, can I still take every day at this 7 o'clock without worrying about less effectiveness?
