How to change the method of contraception from transdermal patches tovaginal discs?

I have been using contraceptive patches for 6 months because this method does not suit me, I change the method to discs but I do not know when to change the method to keep contraception. On Saturday 13.03 at 16.00 after a week's break for bleeding I glued the first patch from the package i was left with 2 patches. Should I use the patches until the end of the package and after a week's break for bleeding put on the first puck ? Do not take any break and immediately put on the puck? Thank you for the hint

Jeżeli chce Pani zachować obecny cykl stosowania preparatów to proszę skończyć opakowanie plastrów, zrobić 7-dniową przerwę, a następnie zastosować krążek antykoncepcyjny.
